Description
Independent inventors are critical for innovation and industrial property exploitation in APEC economies. This report provides a set of actionable recommendations to enhance APEC independent inventors enabling environment and conditions. The goal is to increase their contribution to economic and business development in the APEC region and increase the use of industrial property instruments (e.g. patents) as a fundamental element to generate innovation.
