Description
This conference report is an output of the APEC project of “Dengue Prevention and Control in the Post-COVID-19 Era: New Challenges and Role of Innovative Technology”. This 2-day In-person conference was held from 22-23 April 2025. Apart from keynote speech, the two days conference consisted of 4 main sessions: “Dengue Prevention and Control”, “Vector Surveillance and Control”, “Dengue Vaccine”, “New Technology Development in Vector Surveillance and Control”, and “Field visit to Nan-Mei Village, Tainan City”.
Overall, representatives from various economies and experts have shared valuable insights into vector prevention, innovative technology, and technology development, which enhancing the prevention and control strategy capabilities of the APEC economies, through this conference fosters collaboration and strengthens regional capacity for global health security.
