Description
Women’s leadership is essential for sustainable economic, social, and environmental progress. Aligned with key APEC initiatives, the “Women Leadership in Sustainability” project fosters regional exchange among women from public, private, academic, and civil sectors to advance business innovation and sustainable development.
On February 1, 2024, APEC China Business Council and New Economic Cooperation Consulting hosted the special release of Best Practices of Women Leadership in Sustainability (China), alongside a related APEC digital capacity workshop. The compilation, open to all APEC economies, gathered nearly 100 submissions from four economies across sectors like investment, AI, e-commerce, and logistics.
Organizers commended the cases for their diversity, innovation, and significant social impact.
