Description
This report shows how digital tools helped tourism MSMEs and individuals survive and recover under the impacts of COVID-19. Recommendations were proposed for their better use of digital tools. The desk research of digital-supportive policies were compiled and recommendations were given for the public sector to promote the digitalization of tourism MSMEs and individuals.
