This report summarizes discussions from a virtual policy dialogue of the APEC Economic Committee Second Plenary Meeting held on 24 August 2021. The policy dialogue canvased the existing challenges for Indigenous Peoples in the Asia-Pacific region that have been exacerbated by COVID-19 and identified the obstacles and success factors in unlocking their economic potential.
