Description
This feasibility study of Low Carbon Model Town (LCMT) Project Phase 6 focuses on the City of Mandaue, an industrial city located in the midst of Metro Cebu, the second largest metropolitan area in the Philippines. This feasibility study provides implementable advice for Mandaue and its neighboring cities towards low carbon urban development.
