Description
This report provides the result of a survey conducted to determine the readiness of the 21 APEC member economies in participating in APEC CBPRS. The survey was designed to find out if an economy could satisfy basic requirements to participate: the existence of privacy law, enforcement authority on privacy, trust-mark providers; the consistency between privacy legislation with APEC Privacy Framework.
