The 66th Meeting of the APEC Expert Group on Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EGEEC 66)

The 66th Meeting of the APEC Expert Group on Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EGEEC66), will be held in conjunction with the 64th meeting of the APEC Expert Group on New and Renewable Energy Technologies (EGNRET64), and associated Workshops will be hosted by Thailand, in Bangkok, from 31 March to 2 April 2026.

On 31 March 2026, the Asia Pacific Energy Research Centre (APERC) will organize the APEC Workshop on "Capacity Building Workshop for New and Renewable Energy Policy" (EWG 104 2025A).

The meetings will bring together APEC member economies and international organisations to exchange policies, rules, planning, and investments to boost energy efficiency actions towards the APEC aspirational target of reducing aggregate energy intensity by 45 percent from 2005 levels by 2035.
