The Final Report delves deeper into the application of various digital tools for low-carbon transformation and provides comprehensive elaboration on best practices. In this report, 6 carbon reduction practices learned from APEC and non-APEC economies are presented; six digital tools developed through the public and private partnership mechanism are introduced. The research findings and the highlights from the workshop can contribute to knowledge increasing and capacity building for those who were not present, and serve as supplementary material for those who participated in the workshop.
