Description
This guidebook is a collection of measures supporting SMEs to broaden their activities and fostering their participation into global value chains implemented by the APEC economies focusing on the APEC 2022 theme "Inclusive Recovery of APEC MSMEs through Bio–Circular – Green Economy (BCG) and High Impact Ecosystem." It compiles best practices of the aforementioned four priorities: (1) accelerating the BCG concept adoption, (2) promoting inclusive digital transformation, (3) facilitating financial and debt restructuring, and (4) coping with the evolving market landscape into a guidebook with policy measures from the support of member economies.
