This report presents the discussions during the APEC Workshop on Promoting SMEs’ Integration into Global Value Chains (GVCs) in Services - Logistics held in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam on 26 August 2017. The workshop was aimed at the following objectives:

  • Empowering policy makers and regional businesses with better understanding of GVCs in logistics;
  • Making recommendations on strategies and policies to facilitate SMEs’ integration into logistics GVCs; and
  • Enhancing SMEs’ participation in logistics GVCs.
