This project is aimed at assisting Malaysia and other economies to implement one of the priorities of the APEC New Strategy on Structural Reform (ANSSR) Action Plan which is related to “Upgrading Skills and Capabilities of Existing Workforce to Address the Needs of Industries”. This priority is in-line with ANSSR as endorsed by Leaders in November 2010.
