Description
According to the last Report to APEC Leaders, the SME Policy Observatory is an ABAC institutional initiative to analyze and monitor the performance of SME related policies in the Asia Pacific Region. It intends to measure the effectiveness of the policies implemented in each economy with the purpose of having valid indicators on how government policies are helping SME's in the region. At this moment the Observatory performs surveys twice a year to measure the impact of such policies in employment and analyze the SMEs mortality causes.
