The report is the second series of the Education Guidelines. The report “APEC Strategy for Education and Outreach on Standards, Conformity Assessment, and Technical Regulations” aims to expand and enhance general awareness of SCATR among professionals from a variety of backgrounds and, more specifically, to conduct education outreach among current public- and private-sector leaders.
