Description
The APEC training seminar on Trade in Energy Services was held in July, 2008 in Makati City, the Philippines . The seminar succeeded in its objective to familiarize APEC government officials and private sector representatives with the issues relevant to international trade in energy services and to help build their capacity to successfully participate in future negotiations in the WTO and in Free Trade Agreements/ Regional Trade Agreements in this sector.
