The third Public-Business/ Private Sector Dialogue, organized jointly by Mexico and Indonesia in Los Cabos in June 1997, is documented in the present volume. It is particularly timely since Canada, as APEC Chair in
1997, has given special emphasis to infrastructure as a theme for discussion by Economic Leaders at their meeting in November 1997.
