This publication summarizes the activities and outputs of the APEC project, Promoting Gender Equality in the Telecommunications Industry for the Inclusive Recovery. The project aims to understand the current situation of women’s participation in the telecom industry and to explore how to facilitate women’s entry, retention, and promotion in the telecom industry. The final report presents the outcomes of the pilot survey from public and private sectors, best practice collection comprising 10 cases across APEC economies, summary of the workshop and policy dialogue webinar, and the project findings and policy recommendations..
