This report summarizes the proceedings, discussions and recommendations gathered from the APEC Workshop on Opportunities and Challenges for GVCs during COVID-19 Pandemic and Post-Pandemic Economic Recovery held in October 2022. The workshop was conducted with the objective of helping member economies and stakeholders share information, experiences and challenges of COVID-19 to global value chains as well as opportunities during and post-pandemic recovery.
