This summary report provides detailed information on the project’s objectives and activities in line with the development of a toolkit on the use of data science for competition assessment. Also contained are details on how the primary and secondary data were collected and analyzed including all relevant inputs from stakeholders within the APEC region. The report highlights the applications of data science tools in performing regulatory functions of government, including theme-based summary of presentations, inputs, and survey feedback gathered from the conduct of the virtual international workshop.
