This policy toolkit was developed to encourage more women to participate in smart agriculture and to address the digital divide within the smart agricultural industry. It was designed to serve as a guide for decision-makers from public and private sectors in the region to integrate gender inclusion in smart agriculture in three clusters: enabling environment, inclusive and sustainable development, and technology innovation.
