Key APEC Documents 2015 is the 22nd in a series produced by the APEC Secretariat. The Key Documents’ publication provides a reference set of the key policy decisions and initiatives endorsed
by APEC Leaders and Ministers each year. Collectively, these documents frame the policy directions for APEC’s annual work programs.

This issue presents a compilation of the statements from each of the APEC Ministerial Meetings held during 2015 together with the APEC Economic Leaders’ Declaration from their recent meeting in
Manila, Philippines.
