APEC Digital Weeks
Date: 16-29 July 2026
Location: Chengdu, People’s Republic of China
Digital technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), are rapidly reshaping how we work, how businesses compete and how our economies trade and grow. Against this backdrop, ministers, policymakers, experts and businesses from across the Asia-Pacific are coming together to shape what this digital transformation means for the region.
Over the course of two weeks, that exchange takes shape through a full program of ministerial meetings, high-level dialogues and workshops, from AI adoption for small-medium sized businesses and data infrastructures, to online safety, digital resilience, and public AI literacy.
At the center of Digital Weeks are five ministerial-level events spanning the most pressing issues in the region's digital future, from digital and AI development and empowerment to digital connectivity, inclusion and data-driven growth. Ministers and senior delegates will exchange views and approaches on how economies can adopt and apply these technologies and data responsibly to drive economic growth.
Together, these discussions reflect a shared commitment to ensuring that the Asia-Pacific can continue to lead and apply digital technologies in ways that drive inclusive growth for all.
