This report summarizes the outcomes of the workshop, FTAAP Capacity Building Workshop on E-commerce Elements, held in Seoul, Korea on 17-18 September 2019. The workshop was conducted as one of the activities under the Action Plan Framework for Regional Economic Integration (REI) Capacity Building Needs Initiative (CBNI) initiated by Korea since 2012, and was aimed at in-depth capacity building for negotiators and policymakers on e-commerce area through sharing the best practices and experiences of negotiations.
