This report presents the outcomes of the project, Individual Action Plan for the Enhancement of the Ratio of Women’s Representation in Leadership. The project was launched in 2015 to encourage APEC economies to promote women’s participation in the economy particularly focusing on leadership, decision-making, and management, while taking into account the individual economic and social circumstances of each economy.
