Description
This reports outlines the good practices and lessons learned from five exemplary private sector initiatives supporting company-led efforts to encourage women’s empowerment. Based on findings from the forum, literature research, and interviews, the report consolidates a list of common challenges and best practice recommendations for corporate leaders to create private sector-led initiatives and public-private partnerships.
The research findings and recommendations are expected to deepen the understanding of the current status of efforts to support women’s empowerment in APEC economies, and provide policymakers with key insights and recommendations for supporting future initiatives in these areas.
