Description
In 2006, the Senior Officials’ Meeting Steering Committee on ECOTECH (SCE) undertook an extensive review of all APEC Working Groups, Task Forces and Networks. One of the recommendations of the review was “Further consideration be given to merging the High Level Policy Dialogue on Agricultural Biotechnology with the Agricultural Technical Cooperation Working Group”.
