Description
The work was carried out under the “Menu of Options” project, Phase III, with a focus on three areas of domestic regulation, namely: good regulation for services; regulatory disciplines for services; and transparency. The document summarizes the ideas, suggestions and comments articulated by APEC member economies in these three areas during GOS meetings over the course of 2002 and 2003.
