Initiatives to promote Public Private Partnerships (PPP) in terms of food security by APEC and the member economies are introduced.
These initiatives fall under the following three main categories:
1) Ensuring Stable Production and Supply (Enabling diversification of supply options to help manage risks for food businesses)
2) Keeping Food Trade Flowing (Facilitating trade in food and agriculture)
3) Employing Digitalization(Using digital tools such as online platforms and e-commerce).
4) Others
Topics and contents of PPP are appropriately changed based on the suggestions of the member economies.
