This report presents the outcomes of the project that aimed to identify future challenges, key agendas, and enabling technologies in APEC. The selected theme is net-zero emissions in APEC. Employing strategic foresight methodologies and tools, Delphi survey and foresight workshop involving participants from APEC economies were conducted to gather insights which were subsequently analyzed and verified by experts to propose key findings and recommendations for decarbonization strategies.
