The research indicates that the economies of ASEAN Economic Community have been committed in promoting digital transformation and Industry 4.0 policies to strengthen the performance of supply chain. The report elaborates the phenomena while confronting the risks of global supply chain in post-COVID-19, and the enhancement of supply chain resilience with digital manufacturing which has become a priority to facilitate regional connectivity and economic recovery. The research has further analyzed the implementation of digital manufacturing in the supply chain in the APEC region. In order to improve supply chain performance with digital manufacturing technology amid pandemic crisis, the study concludes with a set of  policy recommendations in a macro framework and a micro prospect.
