This report presents a summary of the Workshop on Implementing the APEC ODR Collaborative Framework held virtually on 16-17 February 2022.  The workshop paved the way for the implementation of the Collaborative Framework by: providing economies an opportunity to learn about and consider “opting in” to the Collaborative Framework;  encouraging ODR providers to partner with APEC Economic Committee (by agreeing to comply with the Framework and Procedural Rules and get listed as an ODR provider on the APEC EC webpage); encouraging businesses to consider settling their disputes via ODR and the listed ODR providers; securing support from the academic community, including in the oversight of ODR providers. A number of economies recommended that the APEC EC launch the pilot and begin partnering with ODR providers.
