The APEC Energy Overview is an annual publication outlining the energy situation in each of the 21 APEC economies. Based on the latest data compiled by the Expert Group on Energy Data and Analysis (EGEDA), the publication provides updated information on APEC’s energy supply and demand trends. It also contains information on notable energy developments in the region, as well as APEC’s progress towards its twin targets of reducing energy intensity by at least 45 percent by 2035 (from 2005 levels) and doubling the share of renewables in its energy mix from 2010 to 2030.
