Handbook on Technology Commercialization Practices in APEC Economies

This publication is based on the presentation and discussion of participants and speakers in the four events organized under the project. The handbook focuses on typical process of public sector voluntary, market-based technology commercialization practices, yet also includes related approaches of innovation and entrepreneurship in private sector as paths to technology commercialization. It aims to facilitate programs of emerging economies to drive innovation and economic growth by promoting awareness on technology commercialization knowledge system. Moreover, it also aims to contribute in responding to increasing need for ongoing education and training in innovation models and technology commercialization across the APEC region.
