The Indonesia NABERS Pilot Project was developed with the purpose of utilising the National Australian Built Environment Rating System (NABERS) tool to undertake an Energy and Water rating for five Jakarta office buildings. This report outlines the lessons learnt and challenges encountered as the NABERS Accredited Assessors undertook the assessments and the solutions agreed for this pilot project.
