APEC Food Security Ministerial Meeting

The APEC Food Security Ministerial Meeting brings together ministers and senior representatives from across the Asia-Pacific to strengthen regional cooperation on food security.
Meeting in Hangzhou, participants will discuss how economies can build more resilient food systems amid changes in climate, supply chain disruptions and rising costs. Priorities include rural development, agricultural production, technological innovation and digital agriculture, including the use of artificial intelligence.
The meeting builds on more than two decades of APEC cooperation on food security, bringing together governments, international organizations and the private sector to support safe, nutritious and affordable food across the region.
