This report presents a collection of best practices that demonstrate the role models and key elements of solving challenges in local innovation ecosystems. It consists of three sections: (a)Model Analysis (b)Best Practice Analysis: Social Innovation and (c)Best Practice Analysis: Cluster Development. The report aims to disseminate information that can equip SMEs and public sector in the APEC region with a friendlier environment to build local innovation ecosystems and nurture their potential to create a more sustainable, innovative, and inclusive growth.
