Aligned with the goal of doubling up renewable energy in the APEC region, this project aims to assess the gaps in the development of renewable energy technologies and provide a strategic roadmap to address these gaps.

This paper presents the current renewable energy status, evaluates the development challenges, and identifies the gaps and key factors of renewable energy development. Furthermore, it identifies different ways and strategies to foster renewable energy development in the APEC region.
