This study was started as an APEC project with a view to following up the issues relevant to the Physical Connectivity of the APEC Connectivity Blueprint for 2015-2025. The study looks at (i) how the international and domestic (public and private) financial institutions employ these principles in their policies, and (ii) how these principles work in specific infrastructure projects based on the information provided by volunteered APEC economies and financial institutions.
