Key APEC Documents 2014 is the 21st in a series produced by the APEC Secretariat. The Key
Documents’ publication provides a reference set of the key policy decisions and initiatives endorsed
by APEC Leaders and Ministers each year. Collectively, these documents frame the policy directions
for APEC’s annual work programs.
