The aim of this research paper is to look at the impacts of the Kyoto Protocol on APEC developing economies. This report does not review debate over the technical basis of the analyses of the International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC, the body appointed by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) to assess the scientific basis of human-induced climate change).
