Report to the APEC Economic Leaders, 2002. ABAC's 2002 work programme responds to the challenges of making the Asia-Pacific region a more secure place in which to live, for investments to flourish, and for businesses to grow. At the same time, ABAC’s goal is to ensure that the benefits of our endeavours extend to all levels of society recognising that security and development are mutually reinforcing.
