The e-APEC Strategy develops a forward-looking, long term, and action-oriented plan under three pillars: a) to create an environment for strengthening market structures and institutions, b) to facilitate an environment for infrastructure investment and technology development and c) to enhance human capacity building and promote entrepreneurship.
