In this report, ABAC assesses the Manila Action Plan for APEC (MAPA) and presents recommendations for enhancing the relevance of future action plans to the business community. ABAC also further develops several ideas recommended in last year's report, and puts forward a few, carefully chosen new proposals to help APEC in addressing important business concerns.
