Does a Rising Tide Lift all Boats? Women and Inclusive Growth

Inclusive growth is economic growth distributed fairly across society. This means policies to bring better education for the youth, training for older workers, accessibility for the disabled, and opportunity for the less privileged.
It also means making sure policies are designed to give equal opportunity to women, who make up half of the population but who still face challenges to fully participating in the economy.
