Pascal Lamy launches WTO Report 2009 at APEC Trade Ministers' Meeting
The World Trade Organisation has launched its annual World Trade Report at an APEC forum, just hours after APEC Ministers Responsible for Trade declared their "determination to uphold and strengthen the rules-based multilateral trading system."
