Description
This report presents the policy review findings for APEC Low-Carbon Model Town Phase 7 in Krasnoyarsk City, Russia on 5-7 December 2017. The purpose of the policy review is to review existing and planned policies and regulations in relation to the development of low carbon town, focusing on an inland region with high demand for heating and cooling. The findings of six APEC experts are summarised in 67 recommendations for municipal, regional and federal authorities of Russia.
