Description
This report presents the discussion during the APEC Public – Private Dialogue on Enhancing Capacities of MSMEs in Exporting Services held in Ha Noi, Viet Nam. The dialogue served as a platform for open discussion between the public and the private sectors on the current state-of-play as well as opportunities and challenges of APEC services to MSMEs.
