Description
The Workshop sought to raise awareness of the importance of the global apparel value chain, especially its role in poverty reduction in developing economies in the APEC region. It aimed also at providing the opportunities for policy makers and representatives of business sector and international organizations to share advantages, disadvantages, obstacles and recommendations on facilitating and promoting the global apparel value chain.
