Responding to Leaders’ commitments on promoting structural reform at the APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting in Bangkok in 2003, the objectives of the Conference were to exchange and share views and information on policy measures and to discuss measures and activities to underpin future APEC initiatives on important structural reform related issues.
