LSG promotes and implements:
- Trade and investment liberalization in ICT;
- Effective policy & regulatory frameworks (e.g. VPNs, leased lines, compliance and enforcement issues);
- Trade or investment facilitation in ICT, including MRA-related issues;
- Capacity buildings to promote competition and transparency (e.g. interconnection and international mobile roaming markets); and
- Regulatory roundtables
The MRA Taskforce is part of and reports to this Steering Group.
